>One of the main objectives of the GSO is to advocate and ensure
student representation at the University level. To this end, the GSO asks
members of the graduate student community at SUNY-Binghamton to sign up as
volunteers for various University-Wide Committees. Descriptions of all committees

.PDFElection Guidelines
>Elections to the GSO E-board are held in the last few weeks of the
spring semester. All enrolled graduate students are eligible to contest. Elections
of both departmental and non-departmental sub organization officers are usually
held during the last few weeks of each spring semester. Departmental sub organizations
must also elect Senators who will act as representatives of their organizations
in the GSO Senate.
